“I tried to scream but nothing came out.”

-He is We, Our July in the Rain

Fear. Terror. Weakness. Abandonment. Pain. Helplessness.

People often try so hard to cry for help, but they simply can’t find the words. They feel as if nobody cares, as if their problems are insignificant and invalid.

They feel choked. Suffocated with loneliness and defeat. All they want is for someone to save them since they are incapable of saving themselves.

If you are that person who feels the heavy burden of life at all times, if you feel like you can’t possibly make it any longer alone, reach out.

Don’t be afraid to keep screaming.

Eventually someone will hear you.
